Purchased items are typically processed and ready to ship within 1-5 business days.

SHIPPING

Prints are sent through Canada Post Lettermail (untracked)

Any print that is letter size (8.5 x 11) and under will cost $3 to ship within Canada and $5 to ship within the United States (that is without tracking).

Oversize prints (such as the 11 x 14 pattern prints) are shipped as parcels, therefore they cost $12 to ship within Ontario, and up to $20 to ship within Wider Canada and America. This is without tracking!

For tracking options, please reach out to me personally in the notes and we can discuss how much it will be. Since tracking costs are subject to change based on your region, I don't want to overcharge or undercharge you. You can send me the payment for an additional tracking fee if that's what you opt in for, after I get you the correct estimate!

Canada Post Expedited Parcel (tracking + insurance included): 2-8 business days

Canada Post Tracked Packet USA (tracking + insurance included): 8-13 business days

If there are delays with your package, please be patient with me! I'm a small artist and cannot control how long Canada Post takes

Returns/ Exchanges & Cancellations

Return/ Exchange Policy

If you would like to make a return/exchange please contact me immediately. You will have 30 days from the date you placed your order to make your return/exchange. You will receive a refund for your order total minus postage fees.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returned items must be unused and in its original condition. If 30 days have passed since placing your order you will no longer be eligible for a return/exchange, unless your order has a delayed delivery due to COVID-19 post office related issues.

Arrived Damaged/Lost Package

If an item arrives damaged or is lost due to mishandling during transit please contact me for further assistance.

Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel your order please contact me within the first hour of placing your order for a full refund. If you have received a notification that your item has already shipped I will unfortunately not be able to process a cancellation for your order.
